The past few weekends have felt like an overload of events leading up to Easter.
If you still haven’t had enough and are looking for something to fill your weekend there’s a heavy lineup of family-friendly events, local markets, and easy “get out of the house” plans happening across Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and Greeley.
Spring Into Business Expo
4/10 | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Main Event Windsor
A free, open-to-the-community event with a little bit of everything: networking, music, bounce houses, chair massages, and even travel planning. It’s one of those easy, pop-in-and-walk-around kind of events.
Run the Ranch
4/10 – 4/11 | Times Vary by Day
Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch
They’ve got a 5K, 10K, and team relays on Saturday. Whether you’re running or just cheering people on, it’s a fun, outdoorsy way to spend part of your weekend.
Pancake Breakfast & Plant Sale
4/11 | 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Chilson Center
A fundraising event for the Chilson Senior Center scholarship program. It’s simple, affordable, and honestly just a solid way to start your morning.
Pregnancy Pelvic Floor Workshop
4/11 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Fort Collins Senior Center
Designed to give you tools, knowledge, and confidence for pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Tickets are required in advance, so this is one to plan ahead for.
Family Day
4/11 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Gregory Allicar Museum of Art
Hosted with CSU’s Department of Anthropology and Geography, this includes hands-on art activities and a trunk show. It’s free and geared toward kids ages 5–12.
Fort Collins Winter Market
4/11 | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Foothills Mall
This week they’re doing a pet talent and costume contest (which feels like it could go either way—in a good way). It’s free to enter, and they’ll be accepting donations for NoCo Humane.
Northern Colorado Children's Festival
4/11 | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Island Grove Regional Park
Free hands-on activities, crafts, and resources for kids ages 0–8. Every child gets a book and a stuffed animal, and they’ve added a sensory-friendly zone this year.
Adoption Event
4/11 | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Crossroads Hyundai
Hosted with Big Bones Canine Rescue. If you’ve been even slightly considering a dog… this is probably your moment.
Spring Artisan Craft & Art Walk
4/11 | 12:00 PM
Parkway Food Hall
A mix of handmade goods, specialty vendors, food, drinks, and live music. Easy place to wander, grab something to eat, and pretend you didn’t just buy three things you didn’t plan on.
Spring Makers Market
4/11 – 4/12 | 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Mishawaka Amphitheatre
A really good one if you like supporting local creatives—everything is handmade and sold directly by the people who made it. Plus, the Mishawaka setting doesn’t hurt.
Spring Beauty Pop Up
4/11 | 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM
The Collab Boutique
Local beauty and lifestyle vendors, plus things like hairstyling, headshots, skincare samples, and shopping. It’s very much a “treat yourself a little” kind of stop.
House on Tap - Apres Ski
4/12 | 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Breckenridge Brewery
A ski-themed afternoon with house music and craft beer. Feels like the exact opposite energy of the kid events… which might be exactly what you need.
